The 4th Annual Broadleaf Writers Conference will convene September 21-22, 2019, at the Cobb Galleria at the intersections of I-75 and I-285 in Atlanta, Georgia. Headlined once again by an all-star cast of talented writers (featuring #1 NYT bestsellers Angie Thomas and Becky Albertalli!), agents and publisher representatives, and educational sessions packed with insightful information and experience, our conference will offer you all that you need to refine and improve your craft and get you on the road toward publication!
This year, to go along with our stellar schedule of panels on various areas of the craft, we’re adding a series of workshops for both days to give you an opportunity to put pen to paper (or fingers to keyboards!), gather more resources, and to get some writing done!
Attending a writing conference is an opportunity to invest in yourself as a writer, to learn from experts, and to become a part of a community of writers that inspire, upliftand support one another!
Registration for the 4th Annual Broadleaf Conference is now open! With your registration, you receive access to all sessions of the 4th Annual Broadleaf Writers Conference (If you select the One-Day pass it is for Saturday, September 21st only) and you will be able to schedule a one-on-one with a Literary Agent or Publisher Representative! If you’re not sure who you’d like to meet when you register, visit our One-on-One page later for more information, select your agent preference, and email us with your choice! Sessions fill quickly, so don’t miss out on your chance to meet the agent or publisher representative of your choice! Current members of Broadleaf Writers not only receive a discount on registration, but will also have first choice for one-on-one pitch sessions!
On Saturday, we will once again present a First Pages Critique featuring a panel of agents and publishers representatives. Once you have registered, be sure to submit your first page and take advantage of this fantastic opportunity to get your manuscript on the right path! All First Page submissions will also be presented at the Community Table all day Saturday to give attendees the opportunity to leave their thoughts as well!
The 2019 BWC Schedule of panels and workshops is now available!
There are plenty of hotel options within reach of the Galleria (and close to Sun Trust Park if you want to catch a Braves game!). Rooms will go fast, so reserve one today!
