6th Annual Broadleaf Writers Conference

The 6th Annual Broadleaf Writers Conference will return October 16-17, 2021! Once again, we have assembled one of the strongest list of writers you will ever find at a conference, with a list of agents, editors and publisher representatives ready to guide you forward! Combined with educational sessions and workshops, the 6th Annual Broadleaf Writers Conference will offer you all that you need to refine and improve your craft and get you on the road toward publication!

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the 6th Annual Broadleaf Writers Conference will once again be held virtually. Though we regret not seeing you all in person again, we plan on offering the same deep list of panels and workshops, with one-on-one pitch and mentoring sessions, and a few special surprises to ensure we all get some face time and opportunities to share and discuss our work! For 2021, we have once again offered a reduced rate to attend the conference virtually.

Attending a writing conference is an opportunity to invest in yourself as a writer, to learn from experts, and to become a part of a community of writers that inspire, uplift and support one another!

With your registration, you will receive access to all sessions of the 6th Annual Broadleaf Writers Conference and you will be able to schedule a one-on-one with a literary agent! More agents will be added soon, so check back with us for further details! Additionally, we will once again bring you the opportunity to schedule one-on-one mentoring sessions with an author or agent of your choice. This is great opportunity to learn more about writing and the publishing industry without the pressure of a pitch!

On Saturday, October 16th, we will once again present a First Pages Critique featuring a panel of agents and publishers representatives. Be sure to submit your first page prior to the conference in order to take advantage of this fantastic opportunity to get your manuscript on the right path! On Sunday, October 17th, we will also hold a Query Letter Critique! Now, you’ll have the opportunity to have your pitch critiqued by literary agents!

The 6th Annual Broadleaf Writers Conference schedule of panels and workshops is now available!
